Job Description:

Stampede Data Solutions is seeking an Independent Technical Sales contractor in order to develop
its hosted data warehousing business. Stampede provides a turnkey, hosted data warehousing
solution based on Hadoop that provides the power of a scalable MapReduce solution available to
customers on an on-demand, pay-as-you go service.

The Technical Sales will be selling & managing the technology evaluation of the sales process. This position is a contract, commission-based position for anyone interested in earning additional sales revenue, so there is unlimited upside depending solely on your success.
The position can potentially convert to a part time or full time employee if the candidate is interested and has demonstrated the ability to fulfill these job responsibilities successfully.

Responsibilities include:

• First line of sales force, selling and signing up customers to use Stampede Hosted Solutions
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Stampede Hosted Solution features, functions, and benefits
• Assessing the needs of the customers and determining whether the customers need professional services
• Ability to convey customer requirements to product management team for future releases
